«We had a great time at the lodge on Rush Lake. The house is spacious and well cared for. There is plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. This house was built by my great grandparents and was my dad's childhoom home. We spent most of the time looking at old photos and hearing stories about the property (which was a resort and farm that included the twin barns) and what the area was like back in the day. «The house was very nice, and we love the gazebo to relax and get out of the sun. I wouldn’t recommend if you have small children, however really no yard for them to play, and the stairs going down to the lake were a challenge for the kids. The kids played out front which does have plenty of space for them, but it was really hot also, the front door gets extremely hot from the sun. Please be careful opening, my grandson burned his hand. Overall, we loved the house, plenty of room, lots of TVs., ...

«My family and friends stayed here for my daughter’s wedding on nearby Rush Lake. The property was perfect - plenty of room for everyone! The big kitchen and family room was perfect for everyone to gather. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were great with plenty of towels. Many blankets throughout to make everyone comfy! Very cozy! We did not spend time outside but looked great! Highly recommend!»

«We gathered at one our relatives home about 15 minutes away. The house was great. There were 10 of us. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the deck and the firepit. We also used the spacious event room for a jigsaw puzzle and just hanging out! I'll definitely stay here again!!»

«The house was beautiful, and the location was great! We had rented a boat during out stay, but found out when we got there the dock was not in. Alan was very responsive, and had someone out to set it up quickly, however we did end up in the water to help as it is not a one-person job. The internet wasn't working, and cell service wasn't great - but it helped us stay off our phones. Overall a great weekend, we would stay here again!»

«Beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. We all enjoyed the firepit and view of the lake. The colors were beautiful. We were disappointed that the master bathroom did not have a stand-up shower. It is attached to the large bathtub so not convenient to use. Our age range was from 63-68 and the walkway and steps, to get into the house, is on an incline so if mobility issues, this may not be the rental for you. We were all very careful. «The house was great. Well equipped for our group of 8 ladies. Everyone had their own bed with beds to spare. Only 1 said their bed was too hard with a pokey spring. Basement was cold at first but owner responded to my message right away with a solution. Would definitely rent this one again.»
