Welcome to “Popeya”, an elegant apartment nestled in the heart of Alice de Rothschild's former estate, famous for its sumptuous Victorian-style Mediterranean gardens, just a stone's throw from Grasse, the world's perfume capital.
Located in the prestigious Croisset residence, this address embodies the spirit of Italian gardens, inspired by the vision of their creator:

A place designed to invite serenity, where nature seems to whisper that life is sweet and peace is possible between men.
At the heart of this mosaic of vegetation, the “Popeya” apartment features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a vast terrace with a breathtaking view of the Grasse hills and the Mediterranean Sea, and the residence's top-of-the-range amenities: 25-meter swimming pool, tennis court, and private basement garage accessible by elevator.
The garage has space for one car, as well as two adult bikes, two children's bikes, tennis rackets and parasols, all available to enhance your stay. For families, everything is provided: high chair, baby hammock, umbrella bed - so that young and old alike can enjoy a comfortable, carefree stay.
Each room has its own character:
Chambre Fragonard, with its shaded balcony overlooking majestic cypress, olive and palm trees, invites contemplation. A table and four chairs provide a peaceful retreat.
Chambre Galimard opens onto the large 25 m² terrace, offering a soothing sea view.
Chambre Molinard, with its balcony, is ideal for teleworking thanks to its furnished office space.
Chambre Carambar, designed with children in mind, features a bunk bed and a play area to make you feel right at home.
Between sea and mountains, Grasse blossoms “in a nest of flowers and hills”, as Stephen Liégard so beautifully put it: “Everything in this place sings of idyll, and in this embalmed atmosphere, everything is light, delicate, like Watteau or Fragonard.”
The apartment is equipped with fiber optics for a fast internet connection.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds will be made up on arrival.
Pets are welcome.
Please note that arrivals are only possible from 5pm to 8pm. In exceptional cases, arrivals can be scheduled up to 10pm maximum. No arrivals after 10pm will be accepted. For arrivals after 8pm, a supplement of €25 will be charged.
## Access
You will have private access to the entire apartment and its terraces. Access to the garden, swimming pool and tennis court will be shared with other residents.

Located in Grasse, in a quiet, privileged environment, surrounded by trees and with a breathtaking view of the sea, you'll also be in the immediate vicinity of major roads, making it easy to visit our beautiful region.

Please note that arrivals are only possible from 5pm to 8pm. In exceptional cases, arrivals can be scheduled up to 10pm maximum. No arrivals after 10pm will be accepted. For arrivals after 8pm, a supplement of €25 will be charged.
A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
