When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. «As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. »

«This property is old and has seen better days. The room was clean and the heat/AC worked. There was a visible gap between the door and door frame so air could enter the room even when closed. The window shade was room-darkening so the room was dark when the shade was down. If the shade was up, it felt like living in a fishbowl. »
