«The cabin was very secluded and quiet! I guess the whole county had no internet service, so the first night we had no tv and we couldn’t get anything with our phones. Luckily it came back on Sunday mid morning, but we had to go to Carbondale to watch my son play baseball for SIC. We came back watch some tv and went to bed. The place was very cozy!»

«We booked this location for a 70th birthday celebration. It was perfect for our needs- well appointed and spacious enough for 3 adult couples and a teen. We prepared two meals at the cottage and found the kitchen to be stocked with all the appliances, dishes and utensils we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was especially hot the weekend we visited- all three generations were grateful for the exceptional air conditioning unit. We will definitely consider booking this property again ...

«This was such a cute and quiet place! There were no disruptions, and the property was well-maintained and clean. Everything was in working order and set up well. The cabin was easy to find and had a nice pond and porch. We saw hummingbirds, frogs, butterflies, and other small animals. It was the perfect little getaway for a girls' weekend. «This cabin is adorable and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean and the property itself was beautiful. It was very quiet, and was perfect for a small family. We opted to sleep on the pullout couch as the loft beds required climbing a steep ladder. This wouldn't be practical trying to get to bathroom at night. Please know the cabin is located next to another home, but we never saw anyone at that home while we were there. It is a very remote location if you want seclusion.»
