«My mother, mother inlaw, 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here! It was a great space…. So conveniently located to everything! The house was clean and neat! Lotsa beach items provided for us which was awesome, including beach towels! A few missing items such as Kleenex, coffee, dishwasher soap, and ran low on toilet paper. We cooked a breakfast here and that was nice! Enough supplies to do so! Lotsa options in the house if we would have wanted to spend a night in, such as board games, etc. Overall, ...

«My daughter and I stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the pool very much. The larger bedroom is the more comfortable bed. I had to switch with my daughter as I am used to a softer bed. The smaller bedroom does not have enough room for a large suitcase but you can either use the other bedroom or the floor in the entry. We will DEFINITELY try to rent the house again when we come back.»

«The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Brought my 18th yr old daughter and 6 of her teenage friends and my niece to Melbourne beach for the weekend. Wonderful atmosphere and tasteful cozy home. Host was exceptional and communicate well. Updates with events that’s going on for the time frame that we’ve stayed. Would recommend and love to come back. Thank you so much. We had a blast.»

«We had such an amazing time at this home, everything you needed was there. I was able to wake up in the morning and either go to the beach in the backyard or to the dock in the front yard. We fished off the docs and we’re beach bums in the backyard. Restaurants are about 30 minutes away, not bad really to have the privacy you get with this home. We would love to stay again!»
