  • This charming home, renovated in 2022, is set in the popular Lakeland village of Cartmel in the south of the Lake District. Cartmel itself is a hub for foodies and includes a very popular restaurant, boutique shops, and an amazing day out at the racecourse. If that isn’t enough, the amazing Lake Windemere is 9 miles away; explore the many well-known towns and villages on its shores. Why not take the lake cruise from Lakeside and head up to Bowness, Windermere, or Ambleside?

    Head through the front door into the comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Settle down in the lounge area to watch a film on the Smart TV in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings. The bespoke kitchen area is well equipped. Here you can rustle up a meal and enjoy it at the table and chairs and plan the following day. Heading out of this room upstairs, you will find two spacious king-size bedrooms, and a state-of-the-art bathroom with a designer shower.

    Heading outside, you can enjoy the stunning views from the slate-floored enclosed patio with garden furniture - perfect for those warm summer evenings.
