Hoteller nær Grand Traverse Distillery

«Views were beautiful. Very clean and modern inside.»

«The hotel was wonderful, staff was very professional yet friendly. The room was clean and we enjoyed having our breakfast delivered to our room. We loved being so close to the lake as well.»

«The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. The restaurant was excellent had good food. And the staff was delightful. And the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.»

«I reserved online and had put the correct dates. As soon as I realized I tried to adjust to correct days. I was told they would have to email manager In the meantime I was told to book correct dates. I did all this and they denied me being reimbursed for the incorrect dates. Absolute horrible service. I feel like I was lied to. Worst experience ever»

«Very clean. Great location. Breakfast was nice.»

«Very nice place to stay and everything worked perfectly.»

«The room was more the adequate. The carpet in the hall's ees updated, but for the cost compared to the big-ticket hotels, this was a very nice stay.»

«They have carpet in rooms witch for pet friendly hotels should be vinyl floors .also put in adjoining room again not good for dogs. Plus the outer door to hall has a large gap all the way around door. Then sliding door for shower leaked. Also sliding barn doors for bathroom dont close tight. The internet was terrible in the hotel. We think you could real use a update of rooms. Staff was friendly and people were friendly to our dogs.»

«The room looked like a kid painted it, ceiling had patches that weren’t painted to match the ceiling. The fire sprinklers in the ceiling are all rusted. The fireplace did not work. The couch is old, sag in the middle, very uncomfortable. No pool to be found on the property. Elevator is questionable with the door hesitating to open. The people were nice.»

«My room had weird stains on the carpet room 117. And the pool was foggy so was the hot tub and we were next to the vending machine and the stairs and the ice machine so it was very noisy all night long very inconvenient when we wanted to relax. Staff was barely around and when they were they came and knocked on my door at 11 on the dot saying it was time to check out. Probably would not go back.»

«The pool area was very nice. The lock on the door leading to the beach was locked. A pole was used to stop the door from opening. It didn’t make us feel very safe.»

«Excellent staff and very clean place»

«It was a nice location, but the rooms whacked a little bit they kind of felt like standard hotel rooms, and design»
