«I was unaware I had booked an "inlet room"(no windows) through expedia. The hotel was very accommodating with an upgraded price to give me a beach front room. I was grateful for that. There was a very strong rotting fish smell in the hallways of floors 4&5. After two days an employee ask me if I smelled it. I told him yes and he quickly changed the trash bags in the hallway. The staff through out was very kind and helpful. The air conditioner sounded as it were about to blow up at any time ...

«Very basic but very clean room and attractive property right on the beach. Can't beat it for the price.»

«The lady at checkin was exceptional.»

«There was a foul smell in the whole hotel smelled of mold and pee, unclean sheets and pillow cases upon arrival I had to ask for new sheets twice and when I got them they said I had to put them on myself.»

But the staff was absolutely professional and so jovial and sweet»

«Came down for Fall Rally. Hotel was close to everything and fairly priced. There was a leak from the tub through the wall that soaked the carpet. Breakfast could of been a little better.»

«The view was great. Desk staff was good. You get no housekeeping services. No clean towels or sheets. No turndown services. They do not touch the room until you leave. No matter how long your stay. Our room had alge growing on the head boards. We really didn't notice it for a few days until I got sick. And ended up at urgent care because of it. No exaggeration! I took pictures and gave the manager a wash rag cover in alge. I agree with other guests about the dampness of the rooms but alge ...
