«Property needs minor works to spruce it up but a very enjoyable location and well appointed with all the needs for a great family beach vacation! The value of the location is great! We were steps from the beach, having an elevator for our elderly parents and a pool out back for when the kids were too tired for the beach - we would come back without a doubt!»

«The property was wonderful. Great location in the Ocean Lakes community. 5 min golf cart ride to the water park, and it’s easy to dodge Golf Kart Parade at night but still get to the beach from here. Home has plenty of space and a wonderful nice covered deck. The Murphy bed in the 2nd living room is surprisingly comfortable and my 5 year old preferred that for the week. All in all it was a lovely time and we hope to return next year to this site.»

«We had a great time during our stay! The beach house was well-stocked with everything we could think of needing, which made our visit comfortable and stress-free. The beach was just a very short walk away, and there were several places nearby that were easy to walk to as well. We loved both the beach and the house and would definitely return for another stay. «Property is steps from the ocean. Has a nice pool and is very convenient to most all places in Surfside Beach. Overall we loved our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families. 4 kids. We brought our dogs and had no problems. Neighborhood is full of very nice, friendly people. Beach is beautiful and clean. Main complaint was we planned several meals around the gas grill. The grill was less than ideal (had to light it with a torch lighter, burners rusted out) and my message about the problem went ...

«Beautiful property located right on the ocean. Rental provided space for everyone in my family to spread out including our 2 toy poodles. Views of the ocean are just stunning and the boardwalk was in great shape. There are also thoughtful touches throughout the house with decor being nice but not overly done. My family loved the 2 balconies. We also used the heated pool several times.The owners were very accessible via text through our entire stay. Would highly recommend.»

«So for the past 3 years I've rented the same house about 3 blocks from this property but the price was a bit steep this year and this house was a lot more affordable and about 2 blocks closer to the beach. I want to give an honest review without trying to sound spiteful. I rented this place for my 39th birthday celebration and when we got there, we noticed some things outside and inside that weren't very appealing. «Could not ask for a better experience! The house is very nice and an easy walk to the beach. The pool is a nice touch. It’s nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. Beds were very comfortable and the TV’s in each bedroom were a nice touch. All communication is handled via the app but the host was extremely responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience!»
