You’ll also be close to the Ralph Engelstad Arena and the UND medical school, making this a practical and appealing home base. It’s a great fit for holidays, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Enjoy the peace and privacy of having the entire house to yourself—more comfortable and affordable than a small hotel room or sublet.

Step out onto the deck and fire up the BBQ grill for outdoor meals and gatherings (please note: guests are responsible for providing their own propane). All utilities are included, and there’s ample parking on the property, with off-street parking available if needed. Free WiFi is available throughout your stay.

You’ll find a variety of restaurants and pubs within walking distance for easy dining and nightlife. We’re excited to welcome you to Grand Forks, ND—home of the prestigious University of North Dakota (UND)—and to offer a relaxing retreat in the heart of it all.

Entire House

With years of hospitality experience, I prioritize giving guests their space while staying readily available whenever you need help. As your standby host, I’m committed to making you feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay.

While located in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this apartment offers convenient access to popular spots like Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more, all within walking distance. You’ll also find nearby restaurants, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away, as well as essentials like gas stations. The welcoming atmosphere of the Bungalow will make you feel right at home.

Public transportation is available, with a bus stop within a minute’s walk. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also available, and you can typically locate one within five minutes.

During your stay, please contact your host with any questions or concerns. Before departing, please turn off all lights and wash any dishes you used. Do not leave leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator—please dispose of it in the garbage.

For bed sheets and dirty towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them, along with the towels, into the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

The light switch for the outside area is inside the house by the main entrance. Please keep this switch turned on at all times; it is on a timer and will automatically turn on after sundown and off after sunrise.

Please be mindful of the lower ceiling when entering the upstairs bedroom area. The home has 1.5 bathrooms: a full bathroom on the first floor and a half bathroom in the basement.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws. Please notify the host before arrival if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

Parties and Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests may enter or stay at the property unless the host provides prior approval.

Smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside, please remain a safe distance from the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Commercial Photography and Filming
Commercial photography, filming, and professional content production require advance written approval from the host.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.

Check-In
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM. Please contact the host in advance if you need special arrangements.

Checkout
Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Please vacate the property on time so it can be properly cleaned and prepared for the next guests.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.
