«I stayed 14 days here. The definition of service is unknown at this hotel and in Grand Bahamas in general. Check in took 10 minutes, without any que or any abnormalities, they are just slow. Breakfast is poor. There are no greens or salads and the juice is this fake concentrate stuff. Cleanliness is so so, my room had ants every morning. «I actually did not make the trip, i had complications in travel, so out of the 2 week stay, it was only occupied for less than a week. I had hoped to maybe get some of my money back for that first week, but i did not find out about my cancellation of travel plans until 5 days before check in.
