We are glad to know that your stay was pleasant and enjoyable.We are sorry to know that the room didnt meet your expectations.Size of the rooms and its orientation are different because the building is a XVI Century Palace. The Original construction is kept the save the character and the history of the Hotel.Really charming of the hotel is that each room is different. Some rooms are smaller, others are medium size …etc. Ill promise that in your next visit at the Hotel, you ll have a room with a bigger size for you and for your family.I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a near future.
