An additional room on this level features 1 double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, served by a bath and WC.

The upper floor opens into a generous living room of 33 m2 featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.
