«Nice hotel, central in Swansea. There are some renovating ongoing, but the conditions are in general good. Breakfast tasted nice, and the bed was soft. Bathroom was recently upgraded, and good pressure in the shower.»

«We had a very easy & professional check in (Adelena) who also reccomended me to join the loyalty scheme. The room was excellent and more than adequate for our 3 nights. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options. Really lovely hotel with friendly staff.»

«The hotel was at a very nice spot in Neath with the train station and main street just down the road. The employees were very helpful when we got there and when we asked for anything, but the hotel was a bit run down. The elevator smelled bad when it had been stationary above the basement for a bit. The room was nice and big, but the air-condition didn't work so it got very warm and humid in there. Every night was uncomfortably sweaty. The cleaning seemed to be done by one or two people only and ...
