«I was delighted with the price and in general the hotel and room were fine. It is conveniently located next to either a Denny's or IHOP restaurant –I don't recall which, but the food was great.
I had two complaints. The lady at the front desk gave me two magnetic keys to the door, and neither worked. After trying both in all directions I went back to the front desk, she gave me two more keys, they didn't work either, and ultimately she went to the room with me (obviously annoyed but courteous) ...
