«Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air ...

«The hotel was ok, but it is one of the more disappointing experiences that I've had with regards to expectations vs. reality. The main reason I chose this hotel over other hotels in Clervaux was the spa. However, it did not live up to what the hotel website presentet. The hottub/jacuzzi was no more than a normal jacuzzi tub you find in a home. You had to fill it with water to use it and there was only cold water available. Who wants to sit in a ice cold 'hot tub'?

«Located in the beautiful hills of that part of Belgium, this lover B&B was conveniently located for visits to Bastogne and La Roche. It’s located in a charming village with a selection of nice local restaurants close by. The room suited our needs perfectly and the full breakfast selection was excellent. We highly recommend.»
