«Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.»

«The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. «This was my first VRBO experience and I have to admit that I was very apprehensive, as was my sister, who is also a VRBO newbie. Upon entry we were thoroughly pleased and impressed. The decor and accommodations are very tastefully done and the home is spotless. The hosts are lovely. We’re co-ordinating our calendars for future visits and this will be our go to for hopefully many more years.»

My wife had always dreamed about a getaway in a cabin during winter since she is from a tropical island. Being a treehouse, this was an added bonus.
