«We have stayed at quality inn many times. Always had a great stay. This visit was a but disappointing. No ice machine, except a small one in office. We like to fish and counted on the convenience of ice machine for our catch. No more water or hoses, or area to clean our fish we catch. We couldn't get clean towels one of the days because staff that did laundry was 2 hrs late. Lastly, we were charged for our emotional support pet. We have taken her many times and never charged. They are just material things but it's not respectful on behalf of the cleaning staff to take things that don't belong to them. Again it is just material things but that's not the point.
