«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«The Owners are very kind, respectful and generous. They let us stay an extra night, which was not planned on very reasonable pricing. The property is very clean and very unique in so many different ways too hard to explain but it’s such a pleasant day. I recommend it highly to anyone even with kids there’s a dock there’s a new pool they just put in. It will be a fantastic trip there.»

«Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. «Designated parking spot right in front of unit… very convenient. Accurate description of the property and it was very clean. Overall Galveston is not the nicest area but we felt safe here and it was a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend bringing sheets for the pull out sofa if you need it… I’m not sure there were any. Also very convenient to have laundry in the unit. Newer washer/dryer…worked great. »

«Okay! We originally booked this place because it is in the middle of most of the places we were planning to go. We got there and the staff was very friendly and attentive. But this was not what we expected. The rooms are very spacious but immediately gave us that old New York apartment building vibe. Also, the parking garage is very low. If you have a SUV or lifted vehicle you might not fit. We are from California and a little boogie but please be mindful when you book this place.»
