«Hot tub was great, pools were good, but the beach access this property has was the best part! The room was decent, staff was super nice. A little pricey for what you get, but again the beachfront property is amazing!!»

«We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! »

«The Kress was an amazing surprise for my wife and I during a quick overnighter to meet up with some old childhood friends. I grew up in this area and the downtown district had been forgotten. It was great to see this place back to life. The Kress has done an excellent job restoring this old department store. The rooms are incredible with large common space and bedrooms. I wished we had booked an extra night. »
