«The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. »

«Breakfast was a feast and ran from 6 to 10 am daily. The beds were extremely comfortable with 3 different pillows to choose from. Even though it was Spring break week, the property was very clean, well maintained and very quiet at night. The weather was too cool for the pool or even the hot tub for me but the fire pit was nice touch.»

«Parking was plenty. Staff were very accommodating especially the housekeeping team. The sink was clogged and the TV was on gaming mode. We had to get our grandson to fix it 😂. »

«Room clean. Had to ask housekeeping daily to empty trash and refill coffee. Staff was kind but seemed busy or put out when asked for help or to use bike. Had to get a pass daily to use pool at other location. Felt they could have done a pass good for the length of our stay»

«Our week stay was great! The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is really good (they should add scrabbled eggs/bacon and it would be perfect). The pool is so nice and very clean!»

«Stay away! Website is deceiving. This property states under construction but it should be torn down and rebuilt. Not worth saving. Filthy room, A/C did not work, stains on carpets, they painted the bathroom faucet black and it was peeling off and no continental breakfast but that was okay because we would not eaten it anyway. Even the man behind the counter was not pleasant. Complaining will not help this hotel. Just stay away!!»

«Luxury hotel on the beach with plenty of outside things to do. Restaurants and sweet shops are next door or within biking distance. Willets restaurant in the hotel is the best option overall in my opinion, but it can be pricey. Fantastic location and great staff!!»

«Some of the front staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean, but trash bags were not placed in garbage cans and the safe beeped non-stop. The extra cost buffet was average. I would not spend money on that again. The power was off and on, which was not in their control, but the front desk staff could have been more forthcoming with information. Also, they did not allow anyone early check-ins at all. I don’t understand why they can’t get any rooms ready before 4. »

«The room was very spacious and clean. A really nice suite with separate living room, a real kitchen area with a sink, frig and microwave and a separate bedroom. A full breakfast too!»
