«The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. »

«We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. «Parking was plenty. Staff were very accommodating especially the housekeeping team. The sink was clogged and the TV was on gaming mode. We had to get our grandson to fix it 😂. »

«Stay away! Website is deceiving. This property states under construction but it should be torn down and rebuilt. Not worth saving. Filthy room, A/C did not work, stains on carpets, they painted the bathroom faucet black and it was peeling off and no continental breakfast but that was okay because we would not eaten it anyway. Even the man behind the counter was not pleasant. Complaining will not help this hotel. Just stay away!!»

«Some of the front staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean, but trash bags were not placed in garbage cans and the safe beeped non-stop. The extra cost buffet was average. I would not spend money on that again. The power was off and on, which was not in their control, but the front desk staff could have been more forthcoming with information. Also, they did not allow anyone early check-ins at all. I don’t understand why they can’t get any rooms ready before 4. »

«The room was very spacious and clean. A really nice suite with separate living room, a real kitchen area with a sink, frig and microwave and a separate bedroom. A full breakfast too!»
