«Don't expect an early check in even if you get an email offering it because the hotel doesn't uphold it even when it was approved. Drove 13 hours to have to wait almost 5 hours for my room, because upon arrival I was told "we don't do that amymore" well then, why was i offered and approved for an early check in then. Getting towels was like asking for gold. All and all not worth 1400 for 5 nights.»
