«The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. »

«Pool was out of order. No housekeeping during 7 day stay. Elevator needs attention. Carpet stains in room needed attention. Recent updates in rooms and lobby. TV can access apps like Netflix. »

«Expedia overcharged me almost $400.00. I did not receive the room I paid for. When I called Expedia, they did not care about their dishonesty and games. They offered some Expedia points for future travel. I will be traveling again and will stay at this hotel—the people where great who worked in the Lobby. When I asked about the charges, they said they couldn't see what Expedia had charged me. Expedia is a dishonest company. I feel like they took advantage of me. I did report this to my CC and ...

«Parking was plenty. Staff were very accommodating especially the housekeeping team. The sink was clogged and the TV was on gaming mode. We had to get our grandson to fix it 😂. »

«We loved this resort. It actually exceeded expectations. The pool was nicely heated for our girls to swim. Room was spacious and clean. It is nicely located on the beach. Service at the bar was a little slow but staff was friendly enough. We would stay here again.»
