Great desk staff, friendly, 24-hour reception, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was really nice great water pressure and temperature. Beautiful seaview from the big windows

We arrived to check in at 2.00 pm and was told that our room wouldnt be ready for another 30 minutes. The staff didnt really seem to care and offered coffee vouchers. I was travelling with my 85 and 87 year old parents who just wanted to lie down after a long drive. The room was Ok but pretty cramped. Not really big enough for 2 double beds and a fold out couch. The location of the hotel is good.

Voco was a great hotel for families. It had ample access to public transport but was also within walking distance to cavil ave and the beach. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay - there was a great selection of food. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside for us was that we had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned as we kept getting forgotten. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

All good. We were struggling with the bedding. Booked the room with 2 twin beds, those were quite small and the mattresses were very soft. Was quite hard to sleep. Everything else was really good. Great breakfast and fantastic location.

The cleaner for the room l was in could have done a better job, there were dishes left unwashed. I had to ask for clean sheets for my granddaughters bed and the vacuuming was not done. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay, and, we will be back.

The pool was out of order and has been since Dec, but they still told us they had 2 pools at check in. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but not super knowledgeable for us tourists looking for recommondations.

The place itself was ok but I got a random charge on my card that I used for the hind of $398 halfway through my stay. This is the 2nd time this has happened for no reason. I use 2 different cards 1 for the bond and 1 for the payment of the room. I don’t understand how or why they would look up my card details for the bond payment (which they already took out the day before to hold it) and then charge me nearly $400 for no reason. When I went and spoke to them they said it was an accident and will refund it. Not staying here again something dodgy as this is the 2nd time they’ve done this.

Quality stay
Perfectly located at the Surfers Paradise tram station, use of public transport was super easy. Staff were friendly and polites and service was exceptional. Will stay there again.
