We are a child friendly apartment. However, being situated on a high floor, families with young kids should still be mindful of reasonable risks associated with staying in a high rise building with balconies.

You will have access to the entire apartment throughout your stay.

Please note before booking that the keys will need to be collected from an offsite location approximately 400m from the apartment building.

PLEASE NOTE: A 2nd key may be provided by request only (for stays over 3 days) - A $200 deposit is required for the 2nd key (this will be delivered upon request after check in)

No check-ins or check outs on Christmas Day, New Years day, Good Friday or Easter Sunday.

Fresh linen & towels can be provided for stays more than 6 nights as part of our turndown service.

We can arrange your shopping for you, a driver, local tours and catering. Anything else - just ask!

We can supply a Porta-cot if required, as well as a baby chair and baby utensils etc - please ask & we are happy to provide these (must be reserved prior to arrival)

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the property at any time without prior approval. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor (balcony) entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
