Keys will be collected onsite from a secure lockbox. Details of which will be provded to you on the day of arrival. The apartment is managed by a professional letting agency, so should you require anything during your stay there is always someone available 24/7 to assist you.

**Resort Facilities:**
Guests have full access to all resort amenities, including the pool and communal BBQ area. Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use; additional charges may apply if not.

The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM, and as a boutique complex, we ask that you respect fellow residents at all times.
