The balcony is genuinely one of the best features. Ocean-facing, with room to lounge out properly. Morning coffee or evening drinks — it earns its keep at any hour.

Broadbeach is a short stroll away, Surfers Paradise is minutes north by car, Burleigh Heads is a quick drive south, and the hinterland makes for a perfect day trip.
