Guest Access: Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment, which accommodates up to 4 guests. The apartment includes a cozy bedroom with a king-sized bed, a comfy sofa bed in the living area perfect for kids, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a spacious living area. You’ll also have access to a private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the view!
The Neighborhood: You can easily walk to a variety of fantastic restaurants, bars, the casino, shops, and beautiful parks. The beach in this area is stunning and less crowded than Surfers Paradise. Broadbeach is also known for hosting numerous festivals, including the four-day Blues on Broadbeach, which is filled with music, wine, and fun!
Getting Around: The property is ideally located for convenient transportation. Broadbeach South Station is just a 4-minute walk away, providing easy access to public transit. The property is also within walking distance of local attractions, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Broadbeach beachfront. Whether you’re exploring the local area or heading further afield, this location offers great accessibility.

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Additional rules Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay! - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine. - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours. - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish. - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays. - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state. - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
