Unbelievable slow service at the reception. The hotel is really great with perfect location, nice rooms and nice swimming pool and gym. If the service is improved this is a great hotel and worth the cost..

Room was great, good views, comfortable bed and pillows. Good facilities in the hotel. The only downside was off-site parking, but it wasn’t far to get to.

Very nice. Easy walk to everything, the train stops practically right outside the Meriton. A bit on the pricey side, but convenient.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities with beach towels provided. Clean room! Comfortable bed. Very close to everything, walking distance. Overall really nice hotel.

The room was cleaned and nice however i do not like their balcony, it's enclosure and very hot. We won't be able to enjoy the ocean fresh air .

Good location, decent stay
We returned to the Meriton after previously being very impressed during our last couple of stays. Unfortunately this trip we didn’t quite have the same 5 star experience. After checking in, our card didn’t allow us to access the elevator. They tried a couple times to fix it but weren’t able to, so the lobby man let us up using his card. Staff said it would start working soon, which it never did. We went out for a while and came back to go for a swim, card still wasn’t working. A staff member said we could come back to get our key fixed when it was “less busy”, however this meant we couldn’t access the pool or go back up to our room without assistance. The room condition and cleanliness wasn’t as good as our previous stays, floors were sticky, room smelt of stale cigarettes and couches covered in stains. Seemed to be lacking a number of basic amenities such as face washers and tissues. Our king bed was obviously two singles pushed together leaving a very uncomfortable join in the middle of the bed. Pool was without towels for over half an hour despite us ringing reception to let them know, so we ended up having to go back to our room to grab our bath towels instead. Late checkout wasn’t available which made for a rushed checkout. Location is quite good, right across the beach and easily walkable to the main dining areas. Enjoyable shared facilities and a decent cafe out the front.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. I had a headache before our room was ready and so they found me a room that was ready so I could check in early and lie down. The pool was excellent and the view over the beach spectacular.

바닷가 근처 최고의 숙박시설
신혼여행으로 선택해서 갔는데 바로 앞에 해변이고 근처 식당도 많아 좋습니다. 특히 트램역 2분컷이라 여기저기 다니기도 편합니다. 직원분들 친절하고 불편함 없이 잘 지내다가 왔네요

This was the second time staying. Never go back again. I went for the second trial, then as the first time, the second visit was horrible. Especially, do not expect you’ll get an on-site carpark.

Our checkin experience was very poor, staff happy to ignore you while you are standing there to the point of being “invisible”. When my husband complained to them they tried to justify it, no apology. I had to ask for the dooner to be changed on the bed as it was very soiled, twice I call ed housekeeping when they finally came to change it (we were out) they just had remade the bed and didn’t change the dooner. Don’t expect anything by the pool, no food, no drinks, no alcohol, no service!

The property was great. Unfortunately the check in was a disaster with nowhere to park, no one to coordinate this. Massive line to check in with only one staff member who was in training. Thought being where it was it would be run a bit more efficient and professional.

The lifts not good enough always full with the hotel guests and have to wait for at least 5 minutes and the worst when NYE from the pool on level 5 I was waiting for the lift around 15 minutes. Also the A/C not cool enough as you can only set to min temperature 21 degree. Luckily it was not hot weather when I stayed there for two days. The good thing only the ocean view that you can see the fireworks on NYE also the bed and pillow so comfy for me.
