Choose this hotel - you won't regret it!
We had a wonderful stay at your amazing hotel. We loved the suite, the location and the staff was really helpful and welcoming. If I ever come back, there's no doubt that I would choose this hotel again.

Veldig nytt hotell. Vi valgte en leilighet med to soverom og fikk med stor stue, kjøkken, to bad og balkong. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel fantes også i leiligheten. Billig parkering, det kostet AUD 10 pr. natt å parkere i garasje, og man kunne kjøre inn og ut så mange ganger man ville. Mulighet for gratis parkering i gatene rundt hotellet. Jupiters Casino ligger rett over gaten for de som liker slikt. Stort shoppingsenter ett kvartal unna. Ved to anledninger tok housekeeping ikke tipsen vi hadde lagt til dem på puten, men la det pent igjen på nattbordet, så vi måtte faktisk skrive en lapp til dem om at det var tips som var lagt igjen.

An excellent hotel with helpful staff and all the creature comforts. Property is in a perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and local events all within blocks of the hotel. Just left the car in the parking garage. Many rooms have beautiful ocean views. Highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent stay after several years following our previous stay. The property has been well maintained and has helpful staff. The lifts have improved but at peak times are still a bit slow and congested. Easy walk for restaurants…make sure you visit No Name Lane for coffee and breakfast! We’d recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed our time at Meriton Broadbeach. While our suite could have been a bit cleaner, particularly in terms of vacuuming, the staff, especially Oliver during check-in, were friendly and accommodating. Throughout our stay, requests for additional amenities were promptly met. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Pacific Fair, dining options in Broadbeach, the tram station, etc. If we visit Gold Coast again, we would certainly choose to stay here once more.

1brm apartment was very spacious and clean. Close to dining, transport and shopping centre. Checking in wasn't so great. The room wasn't ready, and we had to wait over an hour. This made it rushed for us to get ready to get to the P!NK concert. The property did give us a 11am checkout for the trouble, so that was appreciated. I would stay here again.

At check in we were served by Jake with his big smile and pleasant attitude. He took time to explain everything and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a recently refurbished suite which was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Parking was easy with 2 floors, so plenty available and at $12 per night was very affordable. Pool area was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Broadbeach shops and restaurants and directly across the road from The Star Casino. Public transport was a mere 5-10 minute walk making everything easily accessible. This is our 2nd time visiting the hotel and we would most definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Very happy customers 😀
