It has walking distances to the Surf club, yacht club, restaurants, shops, swimming net, and Sea Word park (10 minutes).

The Space:
The apartment is fully self-contained and filled with complimentary amenities to make it a comfortable home away from home. Included is linen, towels, laundry products, fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine and tea making facilities, Netflix, magazines and books.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the apartment and full privacy throughout your stay. We will give you access to free parking in our secure garage, and the building also includes a swimming pool.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is only 100 meters from restaurants and shops in Tedders Avenue, 200 meters to the beach and swimming area and only over the road you'll find the Southport Yacht Club. It is definitely in an upmarket area and does not have the hustle and bustle of Cavill Avenue but more a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is close to Sea World, the Marina Mirage waterfront shopping and dining and a 5 minute drive into the center of Surfers Paradise.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this apartment is located in a private resident tower, and therefor do not have a reception to check in at. We have great contact with the live-in building manager if needed!

Please also note that it is a fully self-contained apartment and no housekeeping will be done during your stay.

You will have full privacy throughout your stay. We are available over phone and the building also has a lovely and helpful on-site Manager should you require any assistance.
