Convenient location with close proximity to the beach, restaurants & shops. Spacious room with oceanview. Art deco appeal with interior reasonably renovated. Exterior needing an uplift.

Staff and reception was lovely went the extra with daily room service, bed made up clean towels, coffee etc. Property is very 70s in need of up grade, but that can be overlooked as very clean and friendly. Close to shops

Lovely mid century hotel, every room has a balcony and ours had views of the ocean. A little shabby but very clean, stylish and central, walking distance to all amenities.

Parking around the hotel is terrible. Very hard to find any and you need to move your car every 3 to 4 hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

It was good value f.or money and walking distance to my brothers house. Didn't like how long it took for my room to cool down. Would hate to vivit in the middle of summer.

Wonderful views of Tweed River and surf beach. Easy walking distance to clubs, restaurants and shopping. The position could not be beaten. The management and staff were always courteous helpful and friendly We had two weeks here and would highly recommend this hotel.

You know the saying dont judge a book by its cover, this relates to this hotel. The outside is in desperate need of a facelift however inside is lovely. Excellent location

Great hotel, pool was nice water needs to flow faster through the water slide if that makes sense there is ledge right under the exit of the slide and if your not going fast enough you land right on it unfortunately my 5 year old found this out the hard way.

Greenmount was a lovely property in prime location. 1 minute walk to the beach. Twin towns a short walk. So much choice for food options.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to amazing beaches. But the building is extremely dated and dirty and really needs to be renovated. Pool was very unappealing.. the outside of the building looks awful and run down. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap surfing getaway, it’s a perfect location

Overall everything was good room was clean fairly new air-conditioner bed was comfortable bathroom clean good shower. One compliant the pool is filthy got a ear infection from it it needs a professional pool company to completely clean scrub proper chlorination and ongoing maintenance if they dont want to do that close it down cover i t up and encourage swimmers to go to nearby beaches

The reception area and my room were both well decorated, but the communal space on level 2 (with the billiard table) was quite dingy and dated. The laundry room had plenty of washers and dryers, but took only $1 and $2 coins. I asked at reception if they could change notes, but they said no and directed me to the local shopping centre a 10 minute walk away. The hotel advertised itself as art deco, but looked more 1960’s.

Last minute booking and glad we chose Greenmount being so close to the beach for a walk and swim at a great price. Room recently updated you can see huge potential with this hotel
