Amazing collection of properties with a swimming pool and hot tub - Keepers Lodge

Keepers Lodge is a collection of beautiful properties with stunning views in their own private setting. The three properties combined sleep 14+2 guests, in seven beautiful bedrooms, with the +2 options being a single sofa bed and single trundle bed suitable for a child under 12, with five bathrooms. This is an exceptional group of properties, offering an incredible experience for friends and family. Comprised of the main house, annexe and converted stable, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the multitude of activities on site. Each property is tastefully decorated with lavish furnishings in a mixture of country and contemporary styles. Within the grounds, enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, a pool house, a hot tub, multiple outdoor games and an enchanting woodland to explore. A truly unforgettable setting for a remarkable stay, and you can also take your four-legged friends in the dog friendly holiday home!

The Finer Details
The maximum occupancy for this property is 16 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 15. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 6 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 8 cars
3 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cots, as this is not provided)

Unenclosed garden
Gas BBQ at Keepers House (guests are responsible for cleaning BBQ after use)

Heated outdoor swimming pool at Keepers House, with an additional charge of £500 to use from October - February, please add this on at the time of booking
Oil fired central heating system at Keepers House and combination of underfloor heating and electric heaters in Keepers Stable (electric wall heaters only in Keepers Annexe)
Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove and open fire at Keepers House from October to April only
Although Keepers Stable is laid out over a single storey, there is a step into the property
Keepers Annexe is accessed via steep external stairs
Please note that there is a swimming pool and pond, so children, infants, pets and those that cannot swim must be supervised when outside at all times
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire 
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Keepers Annexe is located above the owner's garage (there are times of the year when this will be in use, however efforts have been taken to minimise noise)
The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service on a Wednesday. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted (there is an EV charger at Brockworth Garage)
The zip wire and campfire area can be used by guests, however, please note that this is at your own risk and that children should always be supervised by adults
There are Ring cameras in the courtyard, and on the property entrances, however, these do not look into the windows, hot tub nor swimming pool
