«The moment you enter the home was delightfully appointed to welcome guests. The home is mostly bedrooms with the upstairs living room offering a bed as well so we hung out in the big kitchen downstairs. No other place in Rockport offers king beds and so many bathrooms.»

We had a great family vacation second year in a row at one of Rachel’s great properties in Rockport.The house was perfectly clean, cool, and well equipped for cooking and grilling and enjoying the beautiful outdoor area. «This is a lovely house, perfect for people who need two bedrooms but can share a bathroom. The location is great. Parking was not a problem during our stay in early June. We walked in the neighborhood each day to admire the houses and gardens. People were friendly and we visited with a few dogs. The kitchen is modern. «The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. «The space was very clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The host was very good at responding to requests promptly. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. «Amazing location. Right on the harbor with great views of boats and the lighthouse. The beds were comfortable. The living room could benefit from better lighting. The back porch would have been the place to spend most of your time but there was not comfortable seating out there. Not much is walkable from the house, trips into downtown Marblehead require a short drive.»
