«The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. «We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. The beds were comfortable, everything was in good working order, the decks and garden were lovely and the neighbor next door was so kind and friendly. «The rental was very nice and comfortable. It was also stocked with everything you could need. The yard was so beautiful-our family spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying this plus some bonus wild life sightings including 2 small deer. The location was great-walking distance to Bearskin Neck and there is also a small beach down the same street that the rental is on. The host was great-very quick responses to any questions.»

«I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful.
