«The house is very big and accommodating. The yard and beach access was a major plus. There was a cockroach inside which was slightly off putting but not a huge deal. We requested sheets which they kindly provided. Communication was great and check in/out was seamless.»

«The listing was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and accommodated our stay to our needs. We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. «We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. Unlike some other houses, this host has stocked many items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Especially in the kitchen, there were numerous staples provided for those who forgot or were unprepared. Games and activities abound, both inside and out. The only frustration was with all the remotes to the TV. Never did figure out the Bose speakers so just used the TV speakers. But we rate this a 10-star home:-).»

«Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! The list of "favorite features" includes fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen and bar, comfy beds, lots of great places to hang out and enjoy the view- dock, screened porch, sunroom.
