«When arrived the front desk lady was on a personal call. The guy also working that was doing something else saw us in line and told her we were there. She gave us a room key. We walked to the room and the refrigerator had old food from another guest and a cup with lipstick on the desk. We asked for another room. The guy gave us a new room he was very kind about it. The second room the window didnt have a lock on it. Also the pool was not in use.»

«I'd say it was a rather low standard here. The beds are OK, the sheets are amazing but mattress a bit hard for my liking. The breakfast was appauling! There were 2 choices of cereal, a small waffle maker and 1 type of yoghurt - which was empty when we got there 40 minutes before it finished. Thats it!! We did not eat there, I've never seen anything that sad and lacking. The laundry room had no detergent of anything so you have to bring your own... »

«First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). «We did not stay. After getting there, our room was not ready, but we were about an hour early so we understand. The problem was there were lots of smokers and people outside who were loud and having a bit of a party. The guest were a little sketchy to us. We did not feel comfortable, staying and left to find other accommodations.»

«The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go.»
