"The hotel was great, and the staff super helpful. Personally I prefer air-conditioning to a somewhat noisy (but fairly effective) fan when it is a hot as it was during our stay, and I prefer to have the option of a hand-held shower rather than just an overhead - but these are not gripes per say!"
