«Crosshill House was perfectly located close to the train station, nice and friendly staff, and good value. The room was warm and nice (though not upon arrival), but the windows could do with a fix up as they couldn't be closed properly. They never told me about the breakfast options, but at least found it on the info sheet in the room. Would stay there again.»

«I was denied entry as the booking was apparently not shared with the proprietor. Validation code was not recognised. No help was available and I spent a very cold night ‘sleeping’ in the car. Absolutely disgraceful. »

«Made the mistake of booking this through Expedia, which sources the ratings from other sites. It was listed as a 7.2, and the photos are beautiful. BE WARNED ... the photos are polished and from long ago. All of the furniture is flimsy and damaged/stained/rough shape from IKEA and NOT CLEANED.
From piles of dust on the headboards and black mold in the shower, to dirty dishes and stains on EVERYTHING. Expedia was not ambitious in customer care, and the company that runs this place refused to ...
