Summary:
This charming three-level property provides a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Glasgow. It features three well-appointed bedrooms—one master with an en-suite and two additional rooms that share a spacious family bathroom. The bright and airy lower level offers an open-plan living space with a modern kitchen, dining area, and a guest WC. Located just a 5-minute walk from local shops and bars, the property also benefits from free on-street parking.

The Space:
The property is set over two floors with 3 good-sized bedrooms on the upper floors. There is an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom and a family bathroom that is shared by the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for making a meal. The sitting area is comfortable and a great place to relax after a day exploring Glasgow. Please note the property is located on the third floor, with no lift access.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all rooms and amenities. Check-in details, including access instructions and key collection, will be shared in advance via our electronic guidebook link to ensure a smooth arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a predominantly residential area with some local shops and cafes only five minutes walk away. Victoria Park is only 5 minute's walk away and is the perfect place for a walk or to sit and enjoy the Glasgow sun.

Getting Around:
The property is ideal for guests with a car, thanks to free on-street parking (first come, first served). For public transport, a bus stop on Dumbarton Road is just minutes away, with the Number 2 or 3 bus reaching Glasgow City Centre in about 20 minutes. Glasgow International Airport is also easily accessible—just 10 minutes by car or taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and travel cot upon request during your stay.

For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.

Friendly host and brilliant place to stay we were not a long taxi ride from the hydro . The rooms were clean only thing i would say is not suitable for wheelchair users or people that struggle with stairs . Apart from that it was in tip top condition

It’s an interesting location and an interesting lay out. The unit was pleasant enough, just a few things…the dead bolts on the bedroom doors were not finished and roommates reported the faucet in the second level bathroom came off the wall. The unit is on the third floor accessible via stairs and the unit has rooms on different levels. Not hard or bad to walk up, just something to note when traveling with luggage.

This is a 3rd floor walk-up, which is not mentioned in the description. The tenant in the flat below us complained to us about the noise. The exterior door to the building was never locked. This is a working class neighborhood, dirty streets and litter, broken sidewalks, no nearby stores or restaurants. I walked the neighborhood late at night - did not feel unsafe. The apartment itself is ok - after you haul your bags up three floors. There is a clothes washer - no dryer. Nice shower and big bedroom on the top floor. Had trouble getting hot water on the middle floor.

Homely and Spacious

The flat is well presented, compact and well kitted out. The living room, kitchen and dining area is cozy and although the kitchen isn’t big, it’s practical and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are generous in size, the master bedroom is particularly big with its own en-suite. 3 Toilets made this flat excellent with good wardrobe space. Clean and first class quick communication with the the host. We are booking again, no hesitation!

Worth considering if you’re in Glasgow

Owners were good to deal with, simple clear communication right up to arrival. Wish there were more like them! Whilst the initial impressions of the area upon arrival were a bit so so, once you got inside the flat you were impressed. It is well looked after and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no lift so climbing up the stairs with suitcases can be challenging. Worth considering if you’re in Glasgow.

Great place for what we needed.

We were only in Glasgow for a couple of days before flying out and this apartment was great for what we needed. There was a glitch on check-in as we were sent the check-in information for the wrong property by mistake, however this was rectified relatively quickly and no further issues arose. Apartment was clean and well appointed with all things that were needed. Would stay here again and would recommend this property to others. Please note - This property is on the top floor (third floor) of an apartment building. There is no elevator/lift. This means multiple flights of stairs with luggage. This was not detailed in the listing at the time of booking. We were ok to manage this, but definitely something other travellers might need to consider. Parking is free and on street as detailed in the listing however space is at a premium and may not be readily available when needed.
