"The hotel was quite expensive, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price. The property is starting to show signs of wear and could benefit from some refurbishment.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Something was almost always missing after the room had been cleaned. For example, the soap was never refilled once it ran out, and there was no bath salt provided for the bathtub. We asked the staff about it, but despite their promise, it was never delivered.
The breakfast was also disappointing. The buffet area often felt dirty, and it was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The selection and quality of the food were fairly average and did not meet our expectations.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance did not justify the high price. We expected a much better experience for what we paid."
