«The stay was beyond pleasant. The host and service was excellent and it was a big bonus having the hotel receive us late because of delayed flight and travel time. They where a privatized boutique hotel with early check in but host organized late check in for us due to complications with our travel. This family owned hotel is one of the nicest me and my spouse have stayed at and we had such a nice experience. Would recommend this to everyone. »

«My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened. The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and ...

«This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan.»

«The cottage was very quaint and cosy. Staff left you alone to enjoy your holiday which was nice. Check in and check out was a tad confusing and needed attention. Gas fire place instead of actual fire place which is deceptive but safer option I guess for the hotel given the lack of human interaction. All round a pleasant stay. »
