«It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate).
Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need).
Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options ...

«Very kind staff, they made us feel welcomed and accommodated every request we made. They consistently refilled every amenity from the room without us having to ask. The room was pretty big for an Asian hotel, so we really appreciated that. We recommend booking with them.»

«Considering it’s a new property, many things were out of order. Toilet and sink already showed rust, elevator and our hotel door malfunctioned, housekeeping took our bathrobes and didn’t replenish until 5days later, etc. Breakfast is adequate with amazing croissants (best thing yet).»

«I had a wonderful stay! I really appreciated the privacy and beautiful views from the hotel. The location was very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby that stayed open late. Breakfast was good..and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!»

«Lovely hotel with high standards. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast was also great, and they were able to provide gluten free bread for my daughter.
The hotel is situated basically on top of a metro station, and even though it’s not downtown the location is quite convenient as it’s on the airport metro line, so easy to drop off and pick up luggage on the way to and from the airport. Would highly recommended this hotel.»
