«Bedding had stain. Shower was a joke - the overhead shower head had been removed and the wand holder was attached with silucone (which detached and the wand fell). Pool was nice but they would clean it in the afternoon when I needed to jump in after spensing hours at the beach. Great location though.»

«Nicely decorated room. Honest value for money. Could be tricky to locate, especially at night. »

«We had a very nice stay at Jeju Igloo Pension. Mr. Park and Mrs. Jung, our hosts, were very warm and hospitable. We had some great laughs. Mrs. Jung gave us a delicious breakfast one morning. Location was great too, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to supermarket and other amenities as well as the beach and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Jeju.»

«This is a resort that is above and beyond on all levels, except for missing a swimming pool. But given that it's surrounded by breathtaking beaches, who can complain. From the moment I entered the parking lot, a staff member greeted me, and after checking in, helped me by carrying all my heavy luggage to the second floor unit. The room itself had a glorious view of the ocean and the front lawn with plenty of chairs and seats and umbrellas. The two-story cafe/restaurant offered a yummy and ...

«We enjoyed the hotel stay how»

«Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were ...
