Welcome to our cosy holiday home in North Zealand – ideal for families with children and adult couples all year round.



Our family-friendly holiday home is situated in a peaceful and attractive area by Udsholt Strand, just 400 metres from a lovely sandy beach with a bathing jetty and clear water. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature and proximity to forests, water and charming towns – whatever the season.



🏡 The house was built in 1998 and offers 80 m² of living space, comprising 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, a bathroom and two lovely terraces. It sits on a 1,400 m² plot with plenty of space for play, socialising and relaxation. In the early morning hours, you can often spot roe deer and hares on the lawn.



👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Accommodates up to 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children)

Perfect for a family – or a couple looking for a little extra space and comfort in peaceful surroundings.

- Large bedroom with a double bed

- 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed and a half

An open-plan, cosy layout with solid beech furniture, a wood-burning stove and a lovely atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, both a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine, a toaster, and a full range of pots, pans and kitchenware.



📶 Fast internet, air conditioning and comfort:

The house has lightning-fast internet with a 1000 Mbit connection – perfect for streaming, working from home or gaming.

There’s air conditioning, which makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round – on hot summer days and cold winter evenings alike.

In addition: TV, internet radio with Spotify Connect and a washing machine. Bathroom with shower cubicle, underfloor heating and a washing machine.



🌞 Terraces and outdoor living:

- Morning coffee on the east-facing terrace with garden furniture

- Evening sun on the south-west terrace with a large table, barbecue and parasol

- The house is situated high up on the plot with lovely natural light and views of the sunset

- There is an inflatable children’s paddling pool in the house



🌊 The beach:

Just 400 metres to a child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty and clear, shallow water. Take a short drive to Rågeleje or Tisvildeleje for even more beach and town life.

- In Smidstrup (1.5 km): 365discount, Netto, ice-cream kiosk, hot dog van and restaurant

- In Blistrup: Spar and another Netto

All within a few minutes’ drive.
