«Etablissement avec très grandes chambres et des lits immenses avec moustiquaires. Le restaurant est également de qualité, avec des petits-déjeuners copieux. Le personnel est disponible et professionnel. La vue est superbe. Le seul point noir : le bruit, vu que l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la route. Il faut très difficile de trouver le sommeil à cause des camions qui circulaient à proximité.»

The customer service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, with fabulous lake views. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming in the heat. Lots of activities on offer, you are really cared for. »

«The staff at this property were extremely nice and friendly. The journey from Kigali however was stressful. I recommend renting a jeep or a car with high tires as the roads leading to the accommodation are bad. »

«The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit). The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) »
