«The outside area was very nice. Our room was OK, not as nice as we expected, especially the bathroom. The room had OK standard and was clean and spacious. The waiters provided the best service. They were very kind and helpful. The receptionists were mostly good as well. However, some were not as service minded as a receptionist should be.»

The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. «Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.»

«There is no pharmacy inside the hotel. The evening shows were good Not equipped by wheelchairs and ramps to move around freely without any stairs objections. Staff is courteous. Good food.»
