Not a criticism of the host just feed back to check going forward as the amenities were great. Would happily stay again. »

«Because my confirmation said check in starts at 3PM I thought there was a front desk at the hotel. The doors were locked and there was no front desk! It turns out these are individual units owned by individuals and they are not there to greet you. I was shocked that I wasn’t aware of that.»

«While the apartment itself was clean, well-situated, and had great terrace views and parking, our experience was subpar due to missing amenities and terrible communication. The apartment lacked almost all basics: no dish soap, sponges, hand soap, drinking glasses, or kitchen towels. There was also no coffee maker or kettle, forcing us to boil water in a large pot just to make a hot drink.
