A bright and quiet home on the first floor of an elegantly renovated historic palazzo, located on the main shopping street in the heart of Giarre, just a few steps from the town’s main square.

Shared Pool & Relaxation Areas

On the ground floor, in the evening-lit garden shared with the other two homes, you will find a heated pool (up to 27°C, closed from November 9, 2024, to March 7, 2025), a relaxation area with sun loungers and deck chairs, either in the sun or under the trees, and a spacious lounge/dining area with sofas, a large TV, a fridge, a coffee machine, dining tables, and showers.

Elegance & Comfort

The home is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished, offering all the comforts for a relaxing stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, espresso and American coffee machines, a citrus juicer, and an electric grill.
You will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and TVs in every bedroom and the kitchen.

Upon request, we provide a variety of baby accessories: playpen, strollers, cribs, table with chairs, high chair, Stokke Tripp Trapp chair, and baby bathtub.

Ideal location for exploring Sicily
The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible.
Catania airport is only a 40-minute drive away, easily accessible via the motorway.
Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway.
Close to beaches, nature and culture
Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities.
Nature lovers will enjoy unique scenery due to the proximity of the majestic volcano Etna, which is only 30 minutes away, and the Alcantara Gorges, only 35 minutes away;
the splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theatre and Isola Bella, are only a 25-minute drive away by motorway; Syracuse, with its Greek Theatre and Ortigia, can be reached in just over an hour; the hydrofoil for a visit to the wonderful Aeolian Islands is 75 minutes away.
For lovers of art, history and nature, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away by car, via the motorway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over two hours away.
