A beautiful 90-square-meter apartment with a private terrace. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Located on the first floor without an elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities), the apartment offers a cozy and bright atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the local attractions.

Just a short walk separates you from the beautiful pebble beaches and the local shops and restaurants.

Equipped with all the amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.



- ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, equipped with split A/C and heat pump. Two closets and nightstands.

- ONE TWIN ROOM: with two twin beds, air conditioning with heat pump, a closet, and a nightstand.

Bedding and towels included for each guest.

- LIVING ROOM WITH SOFA BED: living room with dining area, LED TV, double sofa bed, A/C, and access to the fully equipped kitchen.

- KITCHEN: features a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, conventional oven, and microwave.

- TERRACE: you’ll enjoy a beautiful 30-square-meter terrace with outdoor furniture, accessible from the kitchen

The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Giardini Naxos Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For all check-ins between 8:30 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM: EUR 25

From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 35

Check-ins cannot be arranged after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

- The best way to explore the area is by car (car rentals are available at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking spaces (blue lines) near the building.



- From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach Giardini Naxos via the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The trip takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket counters outside the airport, or directly on the bus. Alternatively, you can take the train from the airport to the Taormina-Giardini station, an 8-minute walk from the property.
