«We were told at checkin that they had an electrical problem in our room and they had booked us a room at a nearby hotel. They arranged transport for us and our luggage both ways free of charge. It was not bad, but it didn't have the same standard as Splendid hotel. The following day we came back to an upgraded room at Splendid and we were both pleased with our stay here. All in all I think they handled the situation well and we would book Splendid again.»

«Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and made sure you got the best deals nearby and for tours. Breakfast was great start to each day. Rooms are very clean and well kept. If I visit Hanoi again I will for sure stay here again as location was easy to get everywhere.»

«The hotel is located right in the middel of the old quarter, and all the sights are within walking distance. Rooms are new and very nice. The old quarter is such an interesting place, and we would definitely recommend people to stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful, they arranged pick-up from the airport, and found us a driver who drove us to Halong Bay, as well as picking us up at the harbour two days later, for then to take us back to the airport in Hanoi.»

«Fra første stund jeg kom ble jeg møtt med vennlighet. Kaken jeg fikk ved ankomst var supergod og saftig. Det var rask innsjekking, og trainee Daria som tok i mot meg var kjempesøt! Veldig flink og ordentlig. Frokosten var bra, godt utvalg og herlig at man kunne bestille fra meny. Denne maten var både fersk og velsmakende. De ansatte på restauranten sørget nesten litt for mye for at jeg hadde alt jeg trengte, hehe. Det eneste minuset jeg har er at rommet mitt ikke hadde vindu der man faktisk så ...
