«This was such a unique property. I loved being able to walk out our front door directly into the Citadel! It was nice to explore outside of the crowded times (12-3). Pros:The property was cute and very clean. «The host was always very quick to respond to questions/concerns. The home is exactly as described, and it was very clean and comfortable. Our taxi driver from the airport was not able to find the address so he eventually dropped us off at a family member's apartment. The host went out of his way to come pick us up so we would not need to pay for another taxi. Most people would not do that.»

«L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et très bien desservi par les transports publics (bus, ferry). Un petit supermarché à 2 pas et la promenade le long de la mer toute proche. Notre hôte a été adorable, nous proposant même de nous conduire à Mdina un matin. Le logement est en très bon état, propre et bien décoré. Point d'amélioration : quelques couverts et ustensiles de cuisine seraient bienvenus. Belle expérience pour notre 1ère location sur Abritel.»

"I would like to share my honest opinion about our stay. My first message on our arrival was not really intended as a complaint. I was simply a little disappointed that the queen-size beds were smaller than I expected, especially as we were three adults staying for 10 days. I had expected one of the beds to be a king-size bed, which would have been more comfortable for two adults. What really impressed us was the hotel’s quick and positive response. Only about an hour after my message to Expedia, a lovely member of the hotel management came to our room, explained the choice of beds and offered us an extra single bed and an additional wardrobe, without any extra charge. We truly appreciated this kind and professional response. I would also like to apologize to the hotel management for my initial message. Perhaps we simply had different expectations regarding the bed sizes. Most importantly, the staff throughout the hotel have been absolutely fantastic — at reception, housekeeping and especially in the restaurant during breakfast. Everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall, my family and I have had a wonderful 10-day holiday here. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would be very happy to return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
