«The staff were very helpful and the host communicated well and consistently with us. The room situation was bad because we stayed in two different rooms and both had a couple of problems. We stayed in two rooms because they forgot our booking (even though it’s agreed we’ll pay on arrival) and gave us a two bedroom instead of one. The next day they moved us. «The room felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which was already a bit disappointing. What really bothered me, though, was the condition of the bedding. The comforter and throw pillows were clearly dirty and didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned. To be fair, when I raised the issue, they did respond and changed the sheets.
